At UrbanCap, we want you to love your new cap! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds.

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
  • Personalized or custom caps may not be eligible unless defective.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@urbancap.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.
  3. Ship the item securely. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
